Yes, absolutely! We have three physical showrooms in the Netherlands where you are more than welcome to visit and view the bike in person. Not located nearby? We can also schedule a video call. Many of our customers outside the EU find this especially convenient and valuable, as it allows them to get a closer look without the need for travel.
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and the chosen transport method. We offer four shipping options: truck transport, sea freight, air freight, or personal transport for customers located nearby. Each transport method and destination has its own rate. We do not make a profit on shipping costs; they are passed on to the customer at cost price.
We only accept payments via bank transfer or cash payments when picking up the bike in person. Please note that we can accept a maximum of €15,000 in cash and do not accept €200 and €500 bills.
Shipping times vary depending on the destination and the transport method chosen. Sea freight may take longer, typically 2-4 weeks, while air freight is faster but more expensive, usually taking 7-10 days. Truck transport within Europe can take around 5-7 days. We will provide you with an estimated delivery time when we arrange the shipment.
