Yes, absolutely! We have three physical showrooms in the Netherlands where you are more than welcome to visit and view the bike in person. Not located nearby? We can also schedule a video call. Many of our customers outside the EU find this especially convenient and valuable, as it allows them to get a closer look without the need for travel.
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and the chosen transport method. We offer four shipping options: truck transport, sea freight, air freight, or personal transport for customers located nearby. Each transport method and destination has its own rate. We do not make a profit on shipping costs; they are passed on to the customer at cost price.
We only accept payments via bank transfer or cash payments when picking up the bike in person. Please note that we can accept a maximum of €15,000 in cash and do not accept €200 and €500 bills.
Yes, once your motorcycle is shipped, we will provide you with tracking information so you can monitor the progress of the delivery. This will allow you to stay updated on the location and expected arrival time of your motorcycle.
